What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Can I return the items?

If you decide to return the items you may do so within 30 days from the day that you received them.

Do you charge any restocking fees?

No, we don't charge any restocking fees.

When will I get my order?

It takes us 1–2 business days (Mon - Fri) to process the order and then another 4–7 business days (Mon - Fri) before the order reaches you. 

Can I cancel my order?

Yeah sure, just send us an email at support@vanhallenmelbourne.com as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, we won't be able to cancel it anymore.
