Our return policy is valid for 30 days. You have 30 days to return your product(s) after you've received it. Once 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot accept your return(s) anymore. You can find our return policy here.

Once we receive your returned and approved the return, you will get refunded within 7 days.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we only ship our products to Australia for the time being.

What is the process for exchanging a product?

If you wish to exchange your item(s), please contact us first. In this scenario, you must return the item(s) you want to exchange, within 30 days after delivery and place a new order. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs.
