Shipping process
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. We require 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri) to process and prepare your order. Orders placed before 2:00 pm AEST begin processing the same business day.
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping email containing your tracking link and tracking code so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days (Mon–Fri). Actual delivery time can vary depending on courier capacity, your location, and overall logistics conditions.
We offer free shipping on all orders within Australia.
Delayed orders
Have 9 business days (Mon - Fri) passed and you still don't have your order? Sorry for that, but delays can happen due to various reasons, such as bad weather, holidays and so on. Please give us additional 3 business days (Mon - Fri). If the package doesn't arrive by then, please contact us and we will help you finding it.
Order Cancellation
If you decide to cancel your order, just send us an email at support@vanhallenmelbourne.com as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, we won't be able to cancel it anymore.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Inspect your order upon delivery, if the item is damaged during transit or if you find out that we send you a wrong item, please take pictures of the issue and contact us immediately. We are very sorry if this happens. Our customer support will make sure you get a replacement.
