‎Return Policy

If you decide to return the items for whatever reason you may do so within 30 days from the day that you received them. After this period has elapsed, you won't be able to return the items anymore. For a return to be eligible, the items must be in a new-like condition, unworn, unwashed, with all the labels attached and in its original packaging. To start the process, send us an email first at support@vanhallenmelbourne.com  and we will let you know about the following process. 

Pack the items carefully before you send them back to us and make sure you use a trustworthy shipping company. You are responsible for any return shipping costs. We don't charge any restocking fees.

Refund process

After we receive your items, we will carefully inspect them and let you know by email. Afterwards it will take us up to 7 days to process the refund, We will refund you your money on the original payment method that had been used for the payment.

Exchanges

Did you get yourself a wrong size and want to exchange an item? Sure no problem, just send as email and a brief explanation why you want to change. We will deal with it and get you your new item.

Order Cancellation

If you decide to cancel your order, just send us an email at support@vanhallenmelbourne.com as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, we won't be able to cancel it anymore.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Inspect your order upon delivery, if the item is damaged during transit or if you find out that we send you a wrong item, please take pictures of the issue and contact us immediately. We are very sorry if this happens. Our customer support will make sure you get a replacement.
